Our data principle / 数据原则
We only use free, verifiable public data. We never buy premium figures and never publish unverifiable numbers. Between updates the price line stays flat and clearly shows its last update date — we do not fabricate volatility to look fresh.
只追真实，不追时效。仅采用免费、可验证的公开数据；不购买收费数据，不发布不可验证的数字。无新数据期间价格保持直线并标注最后更新日期，不填充编造的波动。
口径说明（Primary source）：海关石油沥青进口均价（HS 27132000）= 海关总署官方发布的月度进口金额 ÷ 进口数量，即到岸均价 CIF。示例：2026 年 8 月 $0.455/kg（≈$455/t）。可逐月在海关统计在线查询平台核验。注意 CIF 为进口口径，不含国内关税/增值税/运费。
Methodology (primary): GACC petroleum bitumen import average (HS 27132000) = official monthly import value ÷ volume, a CIF average. E.g. 2026-08: $0.455/kg (≈$455/t). Verifiable month by month on the GACC statistics platform. CIF excludes domestic duties/VAT/freight.

Procurement layering / 政采分层口径：We only collect pure material awards for the 70# channel; modified/emulsified are reference lines (both derive from 70# base). Asphalt concrete is not collected — its unit price is dominated by aggregate and construction, not bitumen. 70# 仅收纯材料中标；改性/乳化作参考线（同以 70# 为原料）；沥青混凝土因含骨料与施工成本不收录。
International markets / 国际市场通道：the same channel logic is extended to overseas markets where verifiable official public sources exist — US State DOT monthly material indices (US DOT), US DOT contract award unit prices (US awards), UN Comtrade import averages (international customs, yearly lag), India PSU refinery rates (MoRTH official), Philippines DPWH material prices & PO awards, Malaysia JKR cost centre, Canada Ontario MTO AC index. Markets without verifiable official prices (most of Africa / SE Asia) stay excluded until a traceable source exists. 同一通道逻辑扩展到存在可验证官方公开源的市场：美国州 DOT 月度材料指数、美国 DOT 合同中标单价、UN Comtrade 进口均价、印度国企炼厂出厂价（MoRTH 官方）、菲律宾 DPWH 材料价与采购成交、马来西亚 JKR 造价中心、加拿大安大略 MTO 指数。无可验证官方价的市场（多数非洲/东南亚）暂不收录，直到有可溯源来源。
Why not futures / 为何不用期货
Futures prices are public and real-time but carry a basis gap, regional distortion and speculative moves that do not reflect spot trade. This site serves buyers comparing actual supply sources, so we keep spot-style references instead.
期货价格公开实时，但存在基差、区域失真与投机波动，不代表现货成交。本站面向需要比较真实货源渠道的买家，因此保留现货式参考价而非期货价。
